The One Thing You Need to Achieve Remarkable Success

How can you become successful if you surround yourself with negative, lazy people? How can you achieve positive results if you surround yourself with negative messages and fear? When you immerse yourself in success, you will certainly find an idea that can instantly transform your life in the way you always dreamed about. You can quickly achieve remarkable success and turn your desires and passions into a living reality.

Let me take you back five thousand years, to the reign of the female pharaoh Hatshepsut, to illustrate for you how IMMERSION works.

Because Thutmose III was still very young when his father, the pharaoh Thutmose II, died, his stepmother Hatshepsut was appointed as his regent. Since it was uncommon for Egypt to be ruled by a woman, Hatshepsut had many obstacles to overcome. But by using the immersion tactic and her keen political skills, she deftly jumped each hurdle she faced and went on to declare herself pharaoh.

Here’s what she did…

To assuage the fears of her people, Hatshepsut took on her new role of pharaoh gradually, allowing the people to acclimate themselves to each new change. One by one, she dropped the “female” titles she held and replaced them with those reserved for the pharaoh. Then, little by little, she even began to dress in the traditional garb of male rulers, going so far as to wear the famous royal “false beard.” In addition to the outward changes, Hatshepsut surrounded herself with strong and loyal advisors, many of whom are still known today, including Hapuseneb, the High Priest of Amun, and Senemut, the royal steward and Hatshepsut’s closest advisor.

Although there were no wars during her reign, Hatshepsut proved her sovereignty by ordering expeditions to the land of Punt, in present-day Somalia, in search of the ivory, animals, spices, gold, and aromatic trees that Egyptians coveted.

Hatshepsut was a master politician and an elegant stateswoman who had enough charisma to maintain control of an entire country for twenty years. Her reign was a long, peaceful, and prosperous era during which she re-established trading relationships that had been lost during a foreign occupation, thereby bringing great wealth to Egypt. That wealth enabled Hatshepsut to initiate building projects that raised the standards of Ancient Egyptian architecture to a level that would not be rivaled by any other culture for a thousand years.

Hatshepsut first worked on her perceived image: her titles, her appearance, and her dress. Then she surrounded herself with strong, trusted advisors who supported her until she eventually took full authority and power as the female pharaoh of Egypt. And in the end, Hatshepsut achieved remarkable success and left behind great accomplishments and an enduring legacy.
