7 Great Ways to a Stress-Full Life!

Good news! After you finish reading this short article, you’ll have a proven recipe for a life full of stress. Read it carefully and most importantly take action. I guarantee that if you follow this recipe you’ll not miss a second without the beauty of stress!

Don’t you know that physical and mental stress greatly affects your daily performance? So, here are 7 proven tips to keep yourself stress-full:

1. Don’t Ever Think of Eating Healthy Food Daily. Don’t start your day with a complete breakfast, since this is NOT very important to keep you going through the whole day. To survive the tiring hours ahead, DON’T include in your diet energy-giving foods, like bread or pasta. Skip meals, eat sweets and junk food as much as possible.

2. Never Find Time to Rest. WARNING: Having enough rest relaxes your mind and your body, so stay away from it. Sleep is a basic physical necessity, so before you face the daily humdrum, be sure that you’ve LESS THAN 8 hours of sleep the night before. If work is too hectic, NEVER schedule a vacation. Replace rest with drinking all those relaxants or vitamins.

3. Don’t Ever Drink Plenty of Water Daily. Make sure not to drink between six and eight glasses a day, because this will keep you replenished and hydrated – and you don’t want that, do you? Busy people tend to lose more body fluids in a day because of tension and sweat.

4. Forget about Exercising Daily. Please stay away from exercising, because it will keep your cells functioning properly and will also improve blood circulation in your system. Also, it is VERY painful! WARNING: Daily exercise also helps the cell properly consume the oxygen and the nutrients carried by the blood. Without exercise, you can easily keep wanted toxins in your body.

5. Immerse Yourself in Stress. Stress can result to anxiety and will eventually leave you unproductive – that is perfect. Since stress is unavoidable, then do your best to maximize it. When you are at work and tense, for instance, don’t take some time off to breathe deeply and clear your head. Instead, work more!

6. Ignore Prioritization. Focus on the easy tasks and leave the important ones later. The least important work should come first and the most important work should follow or be delayed as much as you can. Remember, efficiency is doing MORE in less time. Therefore, your goal is to finish as many silly and easy task as you can.

7. Please Don't Relax. Don’t go out and spend some leisure time with your friends and your family – this is a BIG waste of time. Who will take care of your worries? Does it make any sense to just think about nothing but fun, fun, fun? All your time should be dedicated to work on your stressors, and there is NO TIME to leave them all behind and focus on pampering yourself.

Now all joking aside, in order to accomplish all your daily tasks, you have to be physically and mentally fit. Too much workload could lead to stress and exhaustion, which is the last thing anybody wants to experience.

Stress is something you can manage – by keeping yourself healthy and happy, that’s it. Reverse the tips mentioned here and savor some “me” time once in a while. After all, nobody can really be too busy to take a few seconds off time to CELEBRATE life. Take care of your body, so it will also take care of you.
